Happy Monday Guys!
What a whirlwhind this month has been? Exactly two weeks ago I was visiting Atlanta to find an apartment and now I live here. 
My sister and I drove up to NC yesterday. I had to go back because I left my things in a storage unit there. Since I didn’t know where I’d end up, I thought it’d be better to just leave my things in storage unit there until I found my full-time position. On the way we ended up making a pitt stop at South of the Border and took a bunch of cheesy, touristy pics. It was a lot of fun. Between my drives back to SC during college and my PhD program, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve passed by South of the Border. It was nice to finally stop. 
After our Sunday Funday, the movers loaded up the Uhaul first thing today. We then made the 6-hour trip to Atlanta and unloaded my stuff in my new apartment. It has been a long day to say the least but everything went smoothly, which I’m so grateful for. My job starts next week so I have the rest of this week to unpack and settle in.
